Your photos

All photo processing (cropping, resizing, compression, face detection and background removal) happens inside your browser. Your images are never uploaded to our servers, stored, or shared. The face detection and background models are downloaded from this site to your browser the first time you use those features; your photo is not sent anywhere.

Advertising

This site does not currently show ads. If we add advertising in future, we will update this policy first and, for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, ask for consent through a consent banner before any personalised ads are shown.

Analytics and logs

We may use Google Analytics to see which pages and tools are used (pages visited, device type, approximate region). When it is enabled it uses cookies. It never receives your photos, which stay on your device. For visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are set to "denied" by default using Google Consent Mode, so analytics cookies are not set. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for security.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
