4x5 cm Photo Maker: Free Online Tool
A 4 x 5 cm photo is 40 mm wide and 50 mm high. Hong Kong's ID 995A visa and entry permit form asks for a photo no smaller than 50 x 40 mm and no larger than 55 x 45 mm, so 4 x 5 cm is the smallest accepted size.
