Singapore Passport Photo Size & Free Resizer

Singapore's ICA asks for 400 x 514 pixel photos when you upload through its e-Services. Accepted files are jpg, jpeg, heic, heif and png, up to 8 MB. ICA's requirements follow ISO and ICAO standards, and a photo that does not meet them can delay or reject the application.
